【綜合報導】美國大兵曼寧(Bradley Manning)涉嫌將美軍機密，以及逾25萬筆美國駐外使館機密電文，上傳給維基解密(WikiLeaks)，今日曼寧被以軍法定罪犯下間諜罪、偷竊罪和電腦詐欺罪等20項罪名，恐面臨最高136年徒刑。

但其中有一項「協助敵人罪」則不成立，曼寧辯護律師表示，他們贏得這場戰爭，「現在我們必須贏得這場戰爭」。定罪後，法官表示，量刑審判明天展開。

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死案，軍方昨證實，將在今天正式偵結起訴，不過洪家律師團質疑，軍檢24日首度傳訊沈威志時，對沈極為友善，氣的洪家律師當庭大罵：「明明就快列為被告，為什麼還要這麼禮遇。」並氣的當場淚灑軍檢偵查庭。

據今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，7月24日軍檢首度以證人身分傳訊沈威志時，軍事檢察官對沈威志極為客氣，讓洪家委任律師劉繼蔚都看不下去，怒責軍檢：「明明就快列為被告，為何還要禮遇他？」軍檢當下回應：「你想太多了！」劉繼蔚氣的當場飆淚，這時軍檢才略帶歉意地緩頰。

【綜合報導】美國軍事法庭今天宣判美軍士兵曼寧(Bradley Manning)犯下間諜罪，維基解密表示，這項判決反映了「歐巴馬政府危險的國家安全極端主義」。 　

維基解密創辦人艾桑吉(Julian Assange)說，這次定罪給新聞媒體立下了非常嚴重的先例，直呼「司法不公」。艾桑吉更開炮：「只要是把資訊公開給大眾，都叫『間諜』就對了！」質疑美國政府的「淫威」。
