【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死案，軍方昨證實，將在今天正式偵結起訴，不過洪家律師團質疑，軍檢24日首度傳訊沈威志時，對沈極為友善，氣的洪家律師當庭大罵：「明明就快列為被告，為什麼還要這麼禮遇。」並氣的當場淚灑軍檢偵查庭。

據今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，7月24日軍檢首度以證人身分傳訊沈威志時，軍事檢察官對沈威志極為客氣，讓洪家委任律師劉繼蔚都看不下去，怒責軍檢：「明明就快列為被告，為何還要禮遇他？」軍檢當下回應：「你想太多了！」劉繼蔚氣的當場飆淚，這時軍檢才略帶歉意地緩頰。

【綜合報導】美國大兵曼寧(Bradley Manning)涉嫌將美軍機密，以及逾25萬筆美國駐外使館機密電文，上傳給維基解密(WikiLeaks)，今日曼寧被以軍法定罪犯下間諜罪、偷竊罪和電腦詐欺罪等20項罪名，恐面臨最高136年徒刑。

但其中有一項「協助敵人罪」則不成立，曼寧辯護律師表示，他們贏得這場戰爭，「現在我們必須贏得這場戰爭」。定罪後，法官表示，量刑審判明天展開。

立法院臨時會今天上午舉行院會，民進黨籍全數立委不出席以示抗議。國民黨多數通過討論事項，將邀請國防部長、法務部長和內政部長到外交國防、司法法制、內政三委員會報告「軍中人權保障及陸軍下士洪仲丘案」，這將是新任國防部長楊念祖首次到立法院專案報告。外交國防委員會召委馬文君指出，將安排本周四進行整天報告並質詢。

台聯黨團則提案要求將專案報告層級拉高到院會，並邀請行政院長報告。台聯黨團總召許忠信指出，洪仲丘案牽涉跨部會協調，至少要有行政院、甚至總統層級來報告才適當。但該案遭國民黨團以多數否決。

另外，院會也通過報告事項第八案，兩岸服務貿易協議將由八委員會聯席審查，主審的內政委員會召委江啟臣指出，明天（周三）先舉行公聽會，周四則安排報告和詢答，由於八委員會聯席，立委人數眾多，「詢答就不知道要多久時間」，本周不會進入逐條審查程序
