【路暢平／南投報導】農委會防檢局今早公布最新鼬獾確認感染狂犬病病例，新增4例中南投縣佔了3例，分別是魚池鄉、竹山鎮、草屯鎮，其中竹山、草屯首次發現染病鼬獾，讓南投縣狂犬病疫區從6鄉鎮增為8鄉鎮。

今上午9點在魚池中明村免費施打貓犬疫苗，大批民眾帶寵物排隊，除了魚池分上下午場，國姓與水里公所也設點施打，十分踴躍。黃小姐說，真的會害怕，到處都是染病的鼬獾等動物，得快點全面施打，萬一經犬貓傳給人，就來不及了。帶3隻家犬從埔里趕來施打疫苗的陳姓民眾，更擔心野狗或流浪狗，他主張政府應檢討動物登記與植入晶片的措施，未登記的就捕捉。

南投縣家畜疾病防治所人員表示，表定的魚池兩場僅有400劑，部份犬隻恐仍需等候，已請中央快點送來針劑。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化市清潔隊員葉駿勝昨捕流浪犬被咬傷，卻不符狂犬病疫苗施打標準，引發清潔隊員不滿，造成士氣低落。

彰化市長邱建富今公開喊話，要求讓葉員馬上注射疫苗，並宣佈全市９名負責捕捉流浪貓犬業務的清潔隊員，在未注射疫苗前暫停執行。彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯表示，疾管局今宣佈被流浪貓、犬咬傷者可施打疫苗，但第一線防疫人員如清潔隊員、動防所人員、獸醫師等，尚未預防投藥，將持續與彰化市長溝通。

中區傳染病防治指揮官王任賢表示，如暫停捕捉犬貓，對整體防疫作戰是一大漏洞，將持續與彰化市長溝通並向中央反應地方意見。
