.前監察院院長王作榮今早八時十五分在台北榮民總醫院過世。

北榮院方表示，王作榮三日前就住進加護病房，意識一直不是很清楚，後又因肺炎引發敗血症休克以及多重器官衰竭過世，與自然老化有關，家屬自住院後就一直在旁陪伴。
