【綜合報導】阿根廷在今年6月發生火車相撞致命意外後，當局在火車上安裝監視器，監控司機行為，結果拍到司機在駕駛列車途中，竟然會講手機、看書，甚至打瞌睡。

該國運輸部門表示，相關被拍到違紀的司機已遭到革職或處分，而所有火車司機及相關工作人員，在每日上班時必須通過體檢，以防司機打瞌睡或受酒精及藥物影響，降低運輸品質。

【綜合報導】新北市許姓男子(57歲，在押)性侵同居人13歲女兒長達5年，性侵517 次，因不滿被害少女提告，前年11月潛入少女住處殺害；昨天被判死刑。

許男前年11月29日清晨5時許，再度潛入少女住處，先踹破房門掐昏少女，再拿出預先剝好橡膠外皮的機車煞車線，一頭綁在床頭、一頭套在少女脖子上，利用少女昏迷後重量，慢慢勒斃她。

士林地院認定，許男共性侵少女517次後，竟還殺人滅口，泯滅人性，昨依加重強制性交、殺人等罪，判許男死刑，可上訴。
