【陳冠宇／新北報導】狂犬病人心惶惶，看到松鼠先敲昏再說！昨天晚間11時許，新北市汐止區有一類似松鼠的動物闖入民宅，住戶趕緊通報消防隊將牠帶走。

新北市消防局表示，抵達民宅時發現地上有些許血跡，原來松鼠已先被敲昏，左腳還疑似被打斷，帶回消防分隊後還似乎有點昏昏沉沉，但遭隊員抓起時依然非常兇狠，猛咬手套企圖逃脫，目前外觀雖無任何狂犬病徵，但隊員依然小心翼翼，將牠先行安置，待動保處人員前來處理。

【呂志明／台北報導】某國立大學張姓教授，引用夏姓美食評論家的文章，在未註明出處或對方同意、授權的情況下，於2009年1月21日重新編排文章內容後，刊載在自己的無名小站。去年10月間，夏男無意間在網路上發現這篇文章，控告教授涉嫌違反《著作權法》，台北地檢署今天偵結，依法起訴。

北檢查出，夏姓美食評論家在2005年9月間，讀到一篇美食文章「神戶牛排好吃嗎？」，文中作者對於關西牛肉的敍述引起他的共鳴，就在同年月14日寫了一篇近2000字，標題為「關西頂級牛肉一點都不軟趴趴」的文章，投書到媒體刊載。

去年10月間，夏男發現自己的文章被張姓教授重製引用，發表在其部落格上，標題則改為「邂逅近江牛：西川牛肉的壽喜燒」，且未註明出處，因此提出告訴，並向張姓教授求償94萬餘元，但張姓教授堅稱沒有抄襲，2人因此鬧上法院。
