| 馬英九：軍人人權跟尊嚴不容侵犯

洪仲丘案今天起訴。國民黨主席馬英九今天在中常會上說，國軍存在是為了保國衛民，訓練一定要實在、紀律一定要嚴格，「但軍人人權跟尊嚴不容侵犯」。
他表示，洪案發生及發展對國軍有很大衝擊，他特別要求國防部各級機關、部隊、學校首長，利用各種機會說明此案處理方式及改革必要，讓國軍記取教訓，也要維護軍心士氣穩定。
馬英九說，國軍要繼續貫徹保家衛國責任。尤其汛期來到，國軍救災工作吃重，一定要繼續維持軍心士氣穩定，達成國軍保家衛國、維護家園任務。

| 研調：陸多晶矽價格調漲，惟矽晶圓/電池平盤

在大陸擬對美/韓進行反傾銷制裁後，經過數日觀察，研調機構EnergyTrend表示，大陸多晶矽業者開始調漲價格，部分下游業者也已經同意價格調整，但在幅度上僅微幅變動；在台灣方面，目前美國業者對於價格仍不願鬆口，加上需求出現疑慮，業者在現貨市場的動作更加謹慎，使得價格仍維持平盤。
就現貨市場整體表現來看，如上所述，由於大陸市場下游已經接受價格調漲，但台灣市場仍維持平盤，本週多晶矽價格出現上揚，平均價格來到$16.301 USD/kg，漲幅0.04%；另外中國內需價格上揚，區間落在$130 RMB/kg至$140 RMB/kg之間。
在矽晶圓市場方面，市場仍在觀望未來發展，買方下單意願不高，但賣方目前對於價格也不願鬆手，本週價格維持平盤。
在電池部分，大陸業者報價止穩，而台灣業者也在觀察後續發展，價格維持平盤；在模組方面，由於大陸二、三線業者持續出清庫存，本週平均價格來到$0.68 5USD/watt，跌幅0.44%。
