群聚在立法院外面的十多名群眾，昨晚九點多一一拆下立法院一半的外牆鐵欄杆，並在反黑箱服貿聯盟召集人蔡丁貴帶領下，與警方發生衝突，並闖進立法院，但被優勢警力圍堵，在大門前廣場拉布條，不斷高喊「警察後退」，外圍民眾也不斷高喊「昨天拆大埔，今天拆政府」。衝突中有員警掛彩，被民眾打到流血。

此時，從凱達格蘭大道散場的民眾，經過立法院外，不少人佇足圍觀，也有人加入「喊聲」行列，現場氣氛高漲。

主持搭檔Selina在旁為他喊冤，從未聽說他對郭雪芙有興趣，她建議納豆追求更符合條件的吳怡霈，吳先前曾和歐弟傳緋聞，Selina笑說：「可以追她試試看，不過你必須忍受歐弟的目光！」
