標題[請問] 機車報廢

手邊有一台破舊的二行程機車， 最近想牽去報廢了， 知道可以自己將車牌拆下來帶去監理站辦理報廢， 再向環保署及車籍所在地的環保局申請獎勵金， 那麼車體本身還可以拿去賣給資源回收廠之類的嗎？ 還是說若單純報廢沒獎勵金，必須車體本身回收了才有獎勵金可拿？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.84.124

| 紀念杏林子巡迴音樂會

為了紀念伊甸基金會創辦人劉俠（杏林子）逝世10周年，伊甸基金會在全台舉辦巡迴音樂會，今晚由盲人「喜樂合唱團」、「讚美合唱團」在台南演唱劉俠作品改編的「生之歌」、「天地歲月」等曲目，希望鼓勵「大家只要不放棄、有信心，生命就擁有無限的可能」。

《科學》雜誌刊登柏克萊加州大學公共政策研究員所羅門‧項團隊的研究，指出氣候變遷增加人類暴力 (人際衝突與群際衝突)的傾向。氣候變遷對人和社會的影響，有心理因素，也有客觀環境改變造成的衝突，包括海平面上升而人與人爭地、作物歉收而導至社會不安。這項研究含蓋的時間有一萬年，範圍包括地球所有文明，例如八到九世紀的馬雅文明，以及中國的明朝。
