| 世界盲棒賽 台灣奪冠2連霸

（中央社記者林宏翰台北4日電）台灣盲棒隊遠征美國，參加世界盲棒賽，今天以嚴密的防守、堅強的打擊，5比2力克對手黑鷹隊，衛冕成功，獲得二連冠。
2013世界杯盲棒冠軍賽，美東時間8月3日在美國喬治亞州首府亞特蘭大市舉行。
歷經前4天的淘汰賽，台灣代表隊今天以7連勝的佳績嚴陣以待，遇上頑強對手黑鷹隊。黑鷹隊是在世界杯盲棒比賽史上曾經創下7連冠的最高紀錄，如今又從敗部復活的強勁隊伍。
台灣代表隊與黑鷹隊在本次賽會第2度交手，6局上台灣仍以5比0領先，下半局黑鷹隊把握最後的打擊機會，僅獲得2分，以2比5再度敗給台灣隊。
世界杯盲棒賽由美國創立，自1976年開賽，至今已是38屆。台灣從16年前開始組隊參加，至今已參賽12次；自2004至2006年獲得三連冠，2009到2011年均是亞軍，去年重獲冠軍，今年則衛冕成功。
台灣非視覺運動文化發展協會表示，不僅美國友人期盼優秀的台灣盲棒隊能參加競技，僑胞更渴望能藉此看到國旗公開在僑居地飄揚，大聲高唱國歌，盲棒隊員則希望也能有機會為國爭光。
協會表示，台灣盲棒隊這些年累積的成績，依靠自身的努力、家庭的支持、志工的協助，企業及政府的贊助則是能赴美參賽的關鍵。
協會表示，僑胞在每一場比賽中對他們的照顧及加油打氣，社會各界的關懷，尤其還有熱情粉絲的支持，都是今年成功衛冕不可或缺的因素。1020804

陸委會主委王郁琦今晚在花蓮吉安鄉勝安宮開講，介紹「兩案服務貿易協議」的好處時，部分民進黨籍人士不滿政府作法，在現場拉布條抗議，直批「黑箱作業」、「出賣台灣」，但立即被活動單位擋下，雙方未直接交鋒。
