| 越南和法國 關係升級為戰略夥伴

越南外交部與法國外長法比士（Laurent Fabius）5日發表共同聲明說，兩國準備近日把雙方關係升級為戰略夥伴，以提升經濟、貿易和國防的雙邊合作。
越、法兩國外長3至5日舉行會談，討論法國加強投資越南的具體步驟，尤其是在基礎建設、能源、交通、醫療和食品加工等產業。

| 醉漢騎機車遇攔檢 醉言醉語

一名邱姓男子在外喝得酩酊大醉，竟還騎著機車回家，途中遭到基警四分局中華路派出所查獲，準備施以酒測時，邱姓男子居然向警要求要打電話給地方有力人士或民意代表關說，警方不予理會，測得邱姓男子酒測值達0.36MG，依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
警方調查，四十八歲的邱姓男子，與友相約在外喝酒，竟還騎著機車赴約，結果席後酩酊大醉，邱姓男子認為自己沒喝醉，便騎著機車準備返回中和路住處，騎車搖搖晃晃的途經文化路協和發電廠前，遇基警四分局中華路派出所警網攔查，警方聞到邱姓男子一身酒味，便要求施以酒測。
邱姓男子看到警方準備酒測器時，竟向警方要求讓他打電話給地方有力人士或民意代表請託關說，警方依法不予理會，還是對邱姓男子進行酒測，測得酒測值達0.36MG，帶回偵訊之後，依法移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
