| 胃炎、胃潰瘍患者 應少喝咖啡

喝咖啡對人體有何不良影響？台北國泰醫院營養師楊慧萍指出，咖啡會刺激胃酸分泌，若民眾患有胃炎、胃潰瘍，不宜飲用過多咖啡，建議一天攝取量以一杯中杯咖啡為宜。董氏基金會食品營養組營養師尤宣文表示，攝取過量咖啡會導致頭暈、焦慮、專注力不集中等問題。
楊蕙萍分析，咖啡攝取過多會導致身體鈣質流失，國外也曾有研究報告指出，適當飲用咖啡對心血管疾病有益。但她建議一天攝取量以一杯中杯咖啡為宜，喝咖啡時以牛奶代替奶精，可以增加鈣質吸收，同時避免加過多糖，減少熱量攝取。
「咖啡中的咖啡因有神經興奮劑，會刺激交感神經，該心跳加快、血壓增加，所以要控制咖啡飲用量。」楊蕙萍說，咖啡因會刺激胃酸分泌，如果民眾患有胃炎、胃潰瘍，不宜飲用太多咖啡。
尤宣文指出，加拿大衛生署已有明文規定成人、孕婦、兒童的咖啡因攝取量，以孕婦、兒童、青少年為例，每人每公斤建議攝取2.5毫克咖啡因，若以青少年體重約40公斤計算，約可攝取100毫克咖啡因，相當於1-2杯小杯咖啡。
尤宣文說明，台灣並沒有規定每人的咖啡因攝取量標準，每個人對於咖啡因的耐受度不一樣，所以有些人一天約可喝1杯咖啡，有些人一天可喝2-3杯咖啡。但咖啡因攝取過多會導致肌肉顫抖、頭暈、焦慮、專注力不集中。
喝過量咖啡是否會導致骨質疏鬆症？尤宣文認為，目前研究指出，喝咖啡過量是導致骨質疏鬆症的危險因子，但是無法證明喝過量咖啡會導致骨質疏鬆症。

| 法務部：我方調查與菲大致相符

歷經三個月，廣大興案今全案終結，屏東地檢署與菲國司法部均公佈調查報告，外交部與法務部今舉行記者會說明。法務部新聞稿指出，菲國調查結果與我方調查結果大致相符，我方尊重菲律賓的司法，並呼籲菲國司法機關，針對本件證據事實，對於犯嫌從重處斷，以彰顯公平正義。
