我最喜歡吃香蕉了，香蕉營養價值較高，物美價廉，品嘗時，只要將皮剝下，就能輕鬆獲取香蕉豐富的營養成分。

小女兒生平第一次吃的水果就是香蕉，女兒先被它鮮艷的黃色外表給吸引，軟軟果肉的讓孩子容易接受，不用擔心有籽卡住喉嚨，難怪她一吃就上癮，一喝就停不了。
