| 日發布強震警報 僅出現二點三小震

日本氣象廳正在調查，發布強震警報，卻只出現規模二點三輕微地震的事件。
今天下午五點，台北時間四點，日本的手機及電視台都收到強震警報，說有規模七點八的強震。所有國民都要嚴加戒備。
幾分鐘以後，氣象廳卻只測到一起規模二點三的輕微地震。
日本國家電視台報導，氣象廳認為，警報是被電子噪音啟動誤發的。由於這起警報，日本高鐵曾經短暫停駛。

| 柬選舉爭議 反對派再籲UN協助解決

柬埔寨反對派領袖山嵐西(Sam Rainsy)今天(5日)再度呼籲聯合國，協助解決柬埔寨的大選爭議，以保住人民的勝利。
柬埔寨7月28日舉行第五屆國會大選，執政的柬埔寨人民黨(Cambodian People's Party ,CPP)獲得勝選，反對派的柬埔寨救國黨(Cambodia National Rescue Party ,CNRP)則是指責選舉出現廣泛舞弊情事，救國黨才是獲得勝選的政黨，因而要求國際介入調查，以免勝選結果遭到人民黨竊取。
山嵐西今天在金邊向小規模遊行人士表示，他們決定明天舉行大規模遊行，要求聯合國前來協助解決選舉爭議，以保住柬埔寨人民的勝利。
人民黨表示，他們在國會123席中拿下68席；救國黨獲得55席。但是這已經是人民黨總理洪森(Hun Sen)執政28年來，獲得席次最少的一次。
官方的選舉結果預料要到這個月稍後才會出爐。
山嵐西的救國黨在3日同意，要和人民黨以及全國選舉委員會合作，成立一個聯合委員會以調查選舉是否有舞弊情事。
不過，山嵐西也表示，除非聯合國同意介入調查，否則救國黨不會參與調查，因為他們根本不相信全國選舉委員會。
