　國道計程收費明天報交通部拍板定案，根據高速公路局委託民調公司進行的民意調查結果顯示，以「20公里免費里程」支持度最高，高公局近日進行財務及綜合分析後，今天送進交通部審議後，送行政院及立法院備查。

　交通部傾向推出免費里程、橫向國道免費，避免衝擊現行用路人使用習慣，以及減輕平面道路的負荷壓力。目前最有可能出線的方案，免費里程20公里時，200公里以內每公里1.3元、超過200公里每公里1元。高公局預計政策上路2年後，全面檢討並調整費率。

行政院今日表示，國防部部長楊念祖昨日請辭獲准，原部長一職由現任國防部參謀總長嚴明接任。

嚴明為現任國防部參謀總長，空軍官校60年班、空院70年班、戰院77年班、戰研所80年班；軍中資歷完整，曾任空軍官校校長、聯勤司令部參謀長、空軍後勤司令部司令、空軍司令部參謀長、空軍司令部副司令、空軍副參謀總長、空軍司令部司令。

他也歷練多項職務，恪盡職守，曾多次督導各項災害防救作為及演習，空軍十年建軍構想、五年兵力整建計畫，籌建偵蒐雷達計畫、天固計畫、戰情預警系統，以及海軍護漁任務等，表現優異，深獲賞識。
