| 洪仲丘案抗告 副旅長3人交保成功

洪仲丘死亡案，軍檢專案小組抗告副旅長何江忠等3人交保，最高軍事法院今天中午裁定發回重審，軍檢抗告成功。高等軍事法院已著手重開羈押訊問庭事宜。
檢方在抗告時透露新事證，包括7月初，被告曾集合進行中證，另外，范佐憲1日交保後，3日晚約10點曾進入原部隊542旅，該部隊是案發地點，范有事能接觸和案情有關的人或事，確實有羈押的必要。
洪案移審軍法院後，高等軍事法院1日開羈押訊問庭，並裁定原本在押的何江忠和原542旅連長徐信正、上士范佐憲交保，檢方隨即向最高軍事法院遞狀抗告，今天中午裁定發回重審，抗告成功。
【中央社／台北7日電】陸軍下士洪仲丘案被告范佐憲、徐信正、何江忠日前獲交保，軍檢今天抗告成功，3名被告交保裁定遭撤銷，下午重開羈押庭。
陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，高等軍事法院日前裁定前542旅副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐信正與上士范佐憲所犯非重罪，且已調離原單位，軍檢調查嚴密，無羈押的理由，裁定在押的何江忠新台幣30萬元交保，徐信正25萬元交保，范佐憲20萬元交保，3人均限制出境。
高等軍事法院檢察署對此不服，日前向軍高院遞交抗告狀，由軍高院轉交最高軍事法院審理。
