| 國三生的投手訓練

您好:)
適合國三生投手的投球訓練:物理訓練(練肌耐力)
1:折返跑3公尺連續五趟
2:漸速跑100公尺以20公尺來分五趟跑到每20公尺時速度加快(由慢到快)可以以慢...中...中快...快....很快 來跑 自己去調整吧
實際訓練:(練準度、控球)
1:由近到遠投球 先從最近互傳到最遠 距離自訂(需找同伴練習)
2:在有牆壁的地方 畫個正方格 練好球帶(也是一樣由近到遠)

伏地挺身和仰臥起坐因為會練到肌肉 所以會導致長不高(肌肉太多 導致骨骼無法發展) 以上舉例完全不會影響身高
p.s可以按照年齡自己加強訓練
