勞退新制"強迫"雇主每月都要提撥勞退金6%至勞退帳戶中 而員工可自行選擇額外再提1~6%的資金進勞退帳戶 也就是若員工自願,最高一個月有12%的薪資會被提撥 但員工若無額外要求提撥，那一個月就是雇主提6%而已 你們公司說是強制提存6%,很有可能是指法令本來就要求公司需提撥的部份 只是公司的作法並非額外提6%,而是這筆錢直接從薪水內扣 如果是這樣,只要扣完的最低底薪比最低工資高,那你也沒啥好說的 不過這種公司連小錢都不願出,勸你還是換家公司較實在 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.132.15

| 男子攀岩不慎墜谷 生命垂危送醫

【李俊淇／新北報導】平溪山區今日上午8時許，發生民眾墜落山谷意外。家住桃園的56歲陳姓男子在平溪孝子山觀景台旁攀岩時，不慎從約20公尺高處摔下。消防隊獲報到場，送醫時陳男頭部有撕裂傷生命垂危，立即送往醫搶救中。
