| 陸媒揭賄賂 法藥廠表重視

中國大陸財經報「21世紀經濟報導」揭發法國醫藥巨頭賽諾菲涉嫌向500多名中國醫生行賄，賽諾菲今天發表聲明表示，他們對舉報行賄事件非常重視，但拒絕評論2007年發生的事情。
繼英國製藥巨頭葛蘭素史克（GSK）公司涉嫌賄賂中國醫院和醫生遭中國警方調查後，賽諾菲（Sanofi）製藥廠承認，8月初已受到中國政府反貪腐的調查。
21世紀經濟報導的報導指出，名為「培根」的爆料者舉報，2007年11月前後，賽諾菲向中國北京、上海、杭州及廣州的79家醫院503名醫生行賄，以換取這些醫生多開賽諾菲出廠的藥。
報導強調，醫生每開一個處方，可獲80元人民幣的回扣，賽諾菲則以研究經費名義向這些醫生支付約169萬元。
除了這79家醫院，賽諾菲還向北京地區的5家醫院43位醫生，每月以現金報銷、禮品贈送等方式，利益輸送2萬多元。
賽諾菲今天發表聲明，對舉報行賄事件非常重視，已就此展開調查，但拒絕評論2007年發生的事情。
賽諾菲還強調，該公司堅決尊重其經營所在國的法律規定，對任何不道德做法採取零容忍態度。
聲明並就報導中所提到的研究經費涉嫌行賄解釋，藥品上市後的監測，是藥物開發的重要階段。不僅有助進一步了解新藥的療效，並提供寶貴的科學資料，使醫生能為患者打造相應的個別治療方案。這是醫療行業的普遍做法。
「世界報」（Le Monde）則指出，賽諾菲承認，8月初，中國工商公共管理局已對大陸賽諾菲的一個分部就價格操縱和貪腐情形進行調查。賽諾菲製藥集團在大陸共有11個分部，約6500名員工。
