標題[請問] 運動完泡冷水還熱水

今天慢跑完腳踝有些不適 想讓腳踝泡一下水 不知道要泡冷水還是熱水比較適合呢?? 感覺泡熱水比較健康 促進循環什麼的 不過又擔心泡錯情況惡化 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.7.179

刪除被Windows鎖住的檔案 - IObit Unlocker，有些檔案或資料夾要刪除或移動的時候，會因為被檔案總管或者其他程式鎖定而動彈不得，這時就可以用此工具將檔案或資料夾解鎖，安裝之後只要右鍵按要解鎖的檔案就會看到右鍵選單有「IObit Unlocker」選項，可以選取它來執行解鎖動作，繼 Unlocker、 LockHunter之後又多了一種選擇。（ 阿榮）（ 下載）

| 高階漸飽和！ 手機、平板開打「低價戰」

延續金屬設計，新一家族在台機款再添新成員，多了個嬌小妹妹，hTC One Mini，外界稱它「新一妹妹」，因為比起New One只有4.3吋，走中階規格，台灣售價15900元，比新一便宜6、7千元，搶攻年輕族群。
hTC北亞區總經理董俊良：「女性的朋友，很多年輕的朋友，他們要有好的品牌、要好的質感，好的創新應用，也要有一個合理的價格。」
Smart Phone價格開始往中低區間跑，不只hTC，三星7月中推出S4 Mini，同樣4.3吋，售價不到1萬5，iPhone外傳的便宜版5C，價格估計落在1萬4，雖然蘋果從未證實，但各式間諜照不斷流傳，從白色塑膠後蓋到販售外殼，似乎這款手機將會誕生，不只手機走向中低階，平板也是低價當道。
華碩自有品牌Memo Pad，售價不到6000台幣，市場反應熱烈，二代N7動能更是比去年一代好，根據IDC統計，全球平板市佔率，華碩已經穩坐第三寶座，但9日法說會，筆電市場卻從2000萬台的目標下修到1700-1900萬台，平板目標1200萬台反而有望超標，成為下半年的救命丹，9月還要跟微軟合推超便宜10吋Win8平板。
華碩執行長沈振來：「價格部分應該是在，目前所有的公司裡面，從微軟、英特爾他們認定上是最有競爭力的產品。」
價格保密到家，這個秘密武器外傳售價落在台幣1萬出頭，科技價格戰一觸即發。
