| 賤賣高價單車 警破案尋回

黃姓男子 日前在台北市懷寧街偷取一輛價值約4萬元的單車後，騎到萬華區康定路的跳蚤市場，以800元賤價賣給薛姓男子。警方當日即逮捕黃男，並以監視器畫面循線追查薛男下落，在14日下午查獲。警方隨後連絡被害的16歲車主詹姓男同學，他開心地說「想不到居然失而復得！」

| 咖啡店勞資糾紛 高市府調解

有十多名不滿遭咖啡店老闆欠薪的員工，今天在高雄市議員陪同下出面控訴資方。高雄市勞工局和經發局允諾聯合稽查及調解。
高雄市議員李喬如陪同多名咖啡館員工在市議會舉行記者會，員工們指控老闆6月拖延支薪，7月拒發薪水，還對員工嗆說黑白兩道都很熟，不怕被告。
包姓員工說，14名員工5月1日起在咖啡館上班，其中有數名是暑期工讀生，含主廚、廚房助理的6月份薪水都被拖延發放，7月薪水該在8月5日發放，也被嗆拒發。
員工說，咖啡館營運正常，收入穩定，不解公司為何拒給薪水，員工在8月8日到公司索薪，還被報警驅離，公司自8月9日以後也停業。包姓員工說，員工共被欠薪新台幣30餘萬元。
李喬如說，同一地址除了設咖啡館還另登記一家公司，她對公司的經營方式提出質疑。記者多次聯繫遭指控欠薪的公司，但業者均未回應。
勞工局表示，已受理4人通報，將協助另10人通報，並進行調解，也有義務律師會提供諮詢和必要的協助。勞工局科長許文瓊說，積欠員工薪資和公司核給工讀生時薪100元都違反勞基法，將依法開罰並辦理勞動檢查。
經發局科長黃桂華表示，經發局未接獲咖啡館停業或歇業的申請，他們會加強商業稽查，如有違法會依法開罰。
