| 【短片】跳繩綁外牆偷溜 少女墜4樓險喪命

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市萬華區一名14歲鍾姓少女十分好玩，今天凌晨硬被母親帶回家，還遭母親數落幾句，沒想到清晨5時許，她竟趁家人熟睡後，異想天開地要從自家4樓公寓爬窗偷溜出去玩，卻不慎墜樓險喪命。
警方勘驗現場後說，鍾女想藉跳繩攀爬至1樓，將跳繩綁在冷氣排水管上，跳繩承受不住鍾女體重而斷裂、脫落，致鍾女墜落先撞壞2樓冷氣遮雨棚，再重摔在1樓人行道上，路人見狀報警將她送醫，所幸鍾女僅頭部撕裂傷、左腳疑似骨折，並無生命危險。

| 小孩讀書戶籍問題 急20點

我有一個女兒要升國小二.正在放暑假我們全家戶籍都在高雄 也都在高雄讀書
老公因為工作需要 必須搬到台中2年 因為太久 所以我們都要搬上去
那讀國小的女兒需要遷戶籍嗎?(人生地不熟 沒親人朋友要遷去哪?) 還是辦理轉學就好
應該很多人也有這總情形 請問我該怎麼做??
