國是會議　謝長廷：要配合罷免運動等能量

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨前主席蔡英文上周拋出「國是會議」後，引發各界關注。行政院前院長謝長廷上午表示，1990年國是會議的召開是因為有野百合運動，後來通過修憲、廢除臨時條款，「現在基本上我們贊成國是會議，但之前要有社會能量，以前是野百合運動，現在是白衫軍或社會還有能量，今天早上開始有人發起罷免運動，我們要注意這些能量的配合」。

謝長廷上午出席新文化研習營演講「和解共生，和諧幸福」，對於國是會議要不要有前提？謝受訪時說：「我是認為對話見面不要有前提，上次我跟蔡英文有建議，朝野領袖要見面對話，解決問題，這是民眾希望看到的，這個不要有前提。」謝說，因為我們跟共產黨也見面，美國跟中國也有衝突，但也有見面，所以畢竟政黨不是敵人，沒有深仇大恨，好像血海深仇永遠不見面，這樣也不對。

記者詢問國是會議是否已遭卡住？謝說：「也沒有卡住，現在也沒有什麼條件，我想一直講就會卡住，異中求同、同中求異的問題。」媒體問及民進黨主席蘇貞昌指國是會議是施壓手段，他主張停建核四。對此，謝僅回說：「這要問蘇主席，趁他還沒出去，去問他。」

【短片】廢棄工廠突竄火　警消趕抵急灌救

【李銘宏／新北報導】新北市消防局今天凌晨3時許接獲民眾報案，指稱樹林中正路上1處廢棄工廠冒出火煙，警消趕抵發現多處雜草起火燃燒，立即布水線灌救，迅速將火勢撲滅。警消表示，起火原因仍待火調人員深入調查。
