【綜合報導】一名紀姓女大生去年七、八月間與同學在同一家網咖消費所得的百餘張發票，竟有十二張中了六獎兩百元，因中獎機率比中威力彩頭獎還難，遭中區國稅局質疑「異常兌獎」、建議她繳回獎金結案。女大生憤而投訴《蘋果》說：「運氣好也不行嗎？國稅局根本是找麻煩！」

中區國稅局民權稽徵所發言人蘇銀寶說，轄區去年同期另有一家超商開出七張中獎發票，領獎者是店員，到案後坦承「暗槓」顧客發票兌獎，因繳回獎金所以不予追究；而這家網咖去年同期另開出十三張中六獎的發票，亦即該店共開出二十五張六獎，機率過高，才會請當事人到案說明；至於繳回獎金僅是建議，非強迫。

胡榮華想到年輕單騎勇闖天涯路，「感謝聯合報、感謝惕老創辦人和聯合報系的長輩」，59歲的胡榮華訴說心聲，他在桃園市中山東路100之3號，開設藍駝旅遊戶外用品中心，銷售體育用品，感謝聯合報系和回饋社會，「希望把愛傳下去」，推出藍駝壯遊26獎助計畫，鼓勵年輕人出國追夢。

他說，26年前，他收到聯合報系的第一筆贊助金10萬元，「讓我的單車壯遊夢想，不再遙不可及」，他感恩在心，乃以「26」為獎助計畫，凡26歲以下年輕人有出國構想，無論出國深造、打工旅遊或壯遊體驗，購買該店裝備用品均六二折近成本價銷售，鼓勵年輕人勇敢追夢。

29年前，胡榮華剛滿30歲，因緣際會，獲聯合報系民生報支持，他靠著藍駝鐵馬，第一次獨自完成單車走天涯壯舉，成為我國自行車追夢天涯的先驅者。

他說，當年靠著一股傻勁追夢，展開第一次單騎闖天涯，從台灣出發，藍駝鐵馬遊歷六大洲、40國，騎越4萬2686公里，當年什麼難關都要自己解決，十分艱辛，靠著聯合報系協助，所有問題迎刃而解，壯遊回來，「我的視野完全開拓」。

他回憶，1987年4月19日，他完成單車環球行，返回國門時，聯合報系創辦人王惕吾到機場接機，「我想都沒想到，一時眼眶都溼了，給我莫大鼓舞」。他後來才知道，創辦人不輕易接機，「我知道那是惕老給年輕人的正面鼓勵」。之後，他再遠征大陸四極點，成為台灣穿越歐亞非三洲、騎越北極圈壯舉第一人。
