吳宗憲日前發表「日、韓綜藝未來被淘汰論」，立刻被外界抨擊胡說八道，13日錄三立《綜藝大熱門》又唱衰台灣，認為大陸重金挖角，台灣電視台向海外買版權，「台灣綜藝壽命可能只剩１年到１年半時間」，並說中天買下浙江衛視《中國好聲音２》版權，１集版權費400萬台幣！
他自說自話地說：「我在SONY已錄完唱片，還沒有機會出版。唱片圈已經掛了，最後一道關卡就是綜藝圈，你覺得我們的優勢還有多久？我們在那邊的表演，人家覺得是神，但久了，人家就直接買下。」還爆料阿雅跟江蘇衛視簽長約，這兩年的收入比過去10年還多。
被酸天方夜譚
對吳說一集版權費400萬，中天昨否認，「如果要花這麼多錢，寧可投資自製節目。」圈內人也認為吳說的是「天方夜譚」，用意應是為炒新聞而危言聳聽。果然他說：「我是痛下針砭，希望政府聽到，現在只剩三立在自製節目。」無疑替自己節目宣傳，並說：「大陸現在頒了『限歌令』，我聽了說什麼，頒了『憲哥令』？我有這厲害？」
最快９月播出
中天說，《好聲音２》能否在台播出，還要看文化部審查結果，據悉審查需１個月，最快９月中播出第１集，屆時《好聲音２》已播至第10集，台灣觀眾能在網路上同步收看，但中天看好台灣歌手在對岸的傑出表現，對觀眾仍有吸引力。
《好聲音２》上周播出第５集，收視率5.03高居大陸收視率第一名；《好聲音１》時就有台灣製作公司向荷蘭購買版權，最後未成，中天說，《好聲音２》除導師庾澄慶、張惠妹外，還有不少台灣歌手參賽，更吸引台灣觀眾。

| 上半年EPS／松翰1.6元 盛群1.64元

三家微控制器（MCU）供應商松翰（5471）、盛群及新唐的上半年財報相繼出爐，就每股獲利表現來看，僅盛群優於去年同期水準。松翰昨（13）日公布第2季每股稅後純益0.93元，上半年EPS是1.6元。
日前已公布上半年財報的新唐，受惠於消費性產品傳統旺季和32位元微控制器（MCU）出貨擴增，第2季營收和毛利率同步成長，帶動獲利繳出季成長超過七成的成績單；不過，上半年稅後純益1.8億元，仍比去年同期衰退55.7%，EPS約0.87元。
相較之下，盛群因第2季營收和毛利率同樣同步拉高，上半年合併營收19.39億元，年成長一成，毛利率亦回升到45.5%，優於去年同期的43%，合併稅後純益3.7億元，EPS 有1.64元。
展望第3季，三家MCU廠皆審慎保守，盛群因第2季業績基期墊高，本季恐將受市場庫存調整影響，能否優於第2季仍待觀察。
