| 王建煊重批監察院「棄之有益」

針對監委第二度對基隆市長張通榮提出彈劾，卻仍然無法通過，監察院長王建煊上午重話批評表示，昨日聽聞張通榮案彈劾案又沒通過審查會，他生氣得不得了，甚至因此心律不整。
他認為，監察院如果不能伸張公平正義，那就不如關門比較好，俗話說，食之無味、棄之可惜，他認為監察院如今是「棄之有益」，廢無法伸張正義的監察院，對國家反而是好的，他認為監察院表現最好的時期，反而是過去陷入運作空窗3年的時期。

| 34軍囚移彰監 過程平和

在憲警戒護下，34名台南軍監收容人上午移監彰化監獄，收容人抵達監獄後，起居比照一般收容人，無特殊待遇。
軍事審判法修正條文今天施行，國防部台南軍事監獄從今天凌晨起展開移監行動，200多名軍事犯從台南軍監移至法務部矯正署的11所監獄，其中彰化監獄將收容34人。
上午9時15分左右，載著34名軍囚的囚車在警車以及憲兵駕駛的巡邏車引導下，進入彰化監獄。獄方工作人員指揮囚車直接進入舍房。
彰化監獄副典獄長賴政榮說，34名軍囚中，有7人遭判無期徒刑、10人遭判10年以上有期徒刑。34人將被分別安排住進可容納6人的一般舍房，獄方也將依他們所犯的罪名以及年齡等，安排他們的獄友。
賴政榮表示，獄方對待軍因和對待一般收容人一樣，入獄時也是要進行健康檢查等程序，在獄中也是要表現良好才能看電視跟訂報紙，而為了讓這批軍囚儘速適應獄中生活，也有心理輔導人員幫助他們。
賴政榮說，舍房中也安裝監視器和警報鈴，有專人監看舍房內的一舉一動，收容人如遇緊急狀況也可按警報鈴，獄方人員會前往處理，以防意外狀況發生。
