| 房貸利率詢問....&政府打房政策..

是這樣，我名下有2間房子。
第一間買的時候沒有貸款。自住。90年買。
第二間買的時候有貸。96年買。
現在拿第一間去跟銀行貸款借錢，銀行承辦人員說因為我有兩間房子...
所以利率要2.3%，因為政府有打房政策。
另一間銀行說我的房子是90年跟96年買的，不是近期，不會有這問題。
所以利率差不多2%左右。
後來找第二家辦貸款，結果都快要簽約了卻說還是2.3%....
不是打房問題，是我是40年舊公寓，要貸20年所以利率要2.3%。
當下我就不簽，後來又打電話問，對方馬上說有跟主管爭取，利率改為2.2%..
你們覺得要貸嗎？會不會偏高？到底我這樣是不是真的是政府打房會被注意的人(用房子去貸款，錢再拿去投資房地產)？
