| 新北重申值班要佩槍 基層刑警大嘆不便

【呂健豪／新北報導】辦公文還要佩槍，新北市基層刑警大嘆不方便！新北市警察局刑警大隊上週頒布一項規定，重申各分局偵查隊刑警值班人員於勤務時必須隨身佩鎗。該規定原於2009年內政部警政署刑事警察局頒布，為全國通用規定，上週新北市警察局刑警大隊發函各分局，重申該規定並要求確切落實。
對此規定，基層刑警紛紛大嘆不便，「以前複訊嫌犯讓他們坐右手邊，現在要請他們換邊坐，因為擔心槍被搶！」、「值班在辦公室辦公文還要背著槍真的很不方便！」對此新北市刑警大隊行政組組長陳孝怡回應，佩槍規定僅針對值班人員，備勤同仁可不佩槍，而該規定是為確保駐地安全，以防突發情況同仁無應變能力，且值班人員的勤務時間可由組內自行調配、輪調以減輕負擔。

| 彰化瘋夜跑 政治咖棄跑攤改夜跑

【孫英哲／彰化報導】「走，今晚我們一起去夜跑！」彰化民眾近來瘋夜跑，彰化縣２６個鄉鎮市中，目前至少有17個鄉鎮有夜跑活動，在彰化縣每個晚上都至少有一個夜跑團體夜跑中。
這股夜跑風幾乎席捲各行各業，連政治人物也棄跑攤改夜跑。出身溪州鄉的彰化縣議會議長謝典霖，原本在晚上都要跑攤，近來他也愛上夜跑，並在溪州鄉發起夜跑活動，昨天夜跑時適逢他生日，夜跑民眾一起幫他慶生、以國台語唱生日快樂歌，現場氣氛熱烈。
彰化縣各個夜跑團體中，以率先發起夜跑運動的員林鎮夜跑規模最大，每周一、周五開跑，其中每周五的夜跑人數動輒逾千人，昨晚員林夜跑變身為「Ｂｌｉｎｇ Ｂｌｉｎｇ Ｒｕｎ」螢光夜跑，超過千名員林鎮民手戴螢光手環夜跑，為黑夜點綴點點星光。
