| 對大陸法醫界絕望 一姐王雪梅收山

曾質疑英商海伍德死因的中國首席法醫王雪梅，昨發表聲明，退出法醫學會。她說，「我王雪梅沒能力糾正喪盡天良的冤假錯案，我唯一的路就是退出！」
王雪梅是大陸最高人民檢察院法醫，去年9月王雪梅發博文，公開質疑谷開來毒殺英商海伍德說法。「死於氰化物的屍體，因血中氰化正鐵血紅素形成，屍斑及血液必呈現明顯異常的鮮紅色。死者無論屍斑還是心血，均不存在氰化物中毒標誌性顏色改變。」
近日，她發出聲明說，「我王雪梅沒有能力改變中國法醫隊伍的現狀，即使付出生命代價也沒有能力糾正喪盡天良的冤假錯案，我唯一的路就是退出！為了自己的清白，我王雪梅必須退出。」
2010年8月23日，西南交大學生馬躍北京坐地鐵死亡案，法醫學會鑑定非他殺，王雪梅認為，這結論「荒謬、不負責任」，「對中國法醫隊伍的現狀非常失望，甚至是絕望」。有網友說，對內情甚為了解的王雪梅，是選擇了忠於自己。
此外，《華爾街日報》17日報導，前重慶市委書記薄熙來即將受審，薄家友人稱，控方關鍵證人是薄妻谷開來。薄兩位律師表示，下周開庭時，薄將面臨受賄、貪汙和濫用職權三指控，律師推測谷開來將在至少兩項指控中提供證據。若谷開來真現身法庭，薄案將再掀高潮。
美兩位接觸過薄家與律師的知情人士稱，薄熙來對谷開來出庭作證大為惱火，威脅如果谷不論出庭或以視訊作證，他不會配合並宣布離婚；書面證詞的對抗性和不確定性較小，且可能事先得到律師和控方同意。

1. Eccentric or irrational: a wacky person.
