| 大武崙沙攤音樂祭傷眼案 衛局已改善

基隆市文化局於十七日在大武崙沙攤舉辦「音樂祭」活動，發生五歲女童因螢光棒液體濺觸眼部，現場無救護人員緊急處理一事，基隆市衛生局昨（十九）日針對這次音樂祭活動未積極主動追蹤主辦單位有否提出「支援救護申請表」以完成支援救護申請程序，造成照護漏洞深切表達歉意。
衛生局昨天發表書面聲明表示，他們在八月十七日晚當接獲主辦單位轉知有民眾受傷，要求協助支援救護後，便立即指派護理人員至活動現場待命。並於昨天召開會議確實檢討，為避免類似活動民眾意外受傷未能及時處理事件再次發生，日後本局針對支援救護申案件將主動追蹤主辦單位有否提出「支援救護申請表」以完成後續支援救護人力之安排，全力防範案件重演。
衛生局指出，「基隆市醫療機構受理各機關團體活動支援救護實施辦法」業經基隆市府於三月二十二日公告實施。他們也呼籲各機關團體未來在辦理運動型態或受傷風險性較高之大型活動時，需評估活動救護支援人力，依規定應於二周前提出申請，以完成支援救護申請流程，主辦單位並應主動與該局聯繫，以確認救護站派遣之人力，醫療救護係屬專業，人力之調配及調動以醫療院所為主，衛生局受理後將評估活動內容及需求，調派適當的救護人力以維護民眾的健康。
【記者簡麗春／基隆報導】環保署為了促進資源回收再利用，明年三月起公告納入平板電腦、外接硬碟、冷陰極燈、感應式螢光燈及其他含汞燈為回收項目，以解決為害環境問題。
資訊產品推陳出新，平板電腦及外接硬碟產品數量遽增，預估今年臺灣地區平板電腦銷量將達二百萬台，外接式硬碟則約四十萬個。為了妥善處理該類產品廢棄後的環境問題，環保署修正「物品或其包裝容器及其應負回收清除處理責任之業者範圍」公告，新增平板電腦及外接硬碟為公告回收項目。此次公告修正，也新增冷陰極燈、感應式螢光燈，以及其他含汞燈等含汞照明光源為回收項目。
環保局說，市民丟棄平板電腦、外接式硬碟、冷陰極燈或感應式螢光燈等，只要交給清潔隊資源回收車或回收業者，即可讓這些廢棄物品，進入回收體系再利用，讓資源有效循環利用。
