| 特宏興船長、輪機長確定遇害 漁工接受調查

蘇澳籍漁船「特宏興368號」上月發生海上喋血案件，船長和輪機長失去音訊，海巡署派出船艦，於今天(20日)中午將特宏興368號拖抵蘇澳港。海巡署副署長王崇儀證實船長陳德生、輪機長何昌琳已遇害，並將把船上的印尼漁工交由檢方偵辦。
「特宏興368號」在今年1月18日從宜蘭南方澳出發，往東太平洋海域作業，但7月中船東和該船的台籍船長及輪機長失去聯繫，2人疑似遇害。
海巡署派出「巡護七號」前往攔截，並在距離鵝鑾鼻東南方約1萬公里的吉里巴斯西海域登船，制伏船上漁工，但是因為語言不通，無法與船上的印尼漁工溝通，海巡署於是再派出「巡護八號」，搭載精通印尼語的移民官與「巡護七號」會合，上船瞭解案情。
經過20多天的航程，「特宏興368號」於20日中午返抵蘇澳港。海巡署副署長王崇儀證實，船長陳德生、輪機長何昌琳已經遭印尼漁工殺害。王崇儀說：『(原音)後來8月11日兩船會合，移民官就到巡護七號偵訊這些印尼漁工，我們目前初步瞭解就是船長跟輪機長確實已經遇害，就是被印尼漁工丟到海裡去。』
王崇儀表示，海巡署已扣留9名印尼漁工，返抵台灣後，將把漁工移送檢方偵辦。

| 潭美來襲 股市、期貨休市1天 當日應交割款券順延

潭美颱風來襲，中央氣象局在20日正式發布海上、陸上颱風警報，台北市政府宣布21日全體公教機關停止上班，證交所、櫃買中心、期交所20日晚間也宣布包括證券及期貨市場21日休市1天，當日應屆交割款券順延辦理。
潭美暴風圈逐漸接近，受颱風外圍環流影響，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，各縣市政府根據氣象局最新颱風動態，公布21日（周三）上班上課、停班停課情形，全日停班停課的縣市包括：基隆市、台北市、新北市、新竹縣五峰鄉、新竹縣尖石鄉等。
證交所表示，由於潭美颱風來襲，台北市政府宣布全體公教機關停止上班，21日集中交易市場全日休市，當日應屆交割款券順延辦理。
櫃買中心也宣布有價證券市場及衍生性金融商品市場休市1日，21日暫停櫃檯買賣股票（含興櫃股票）、認購（售）權證、ETF、TDR、債券（含轉換公司債、附認股權公司債、外國公債）、固定收益證券市場、衍生性金融商品交易，應屆給付結算款券順延辦理。期交所也宣布，21日因潭美颱風來襲，期貨集中市場休市1日。

| 因應潭美颱風 國軍47000人備便

輕度颱風「潭美」接近台灣，中央氣象局已經發布海上颱風警報。國防部發言人羅紹和少將宣布，已經備便兵力47000餘人投入救災，另外備便空軍C-130運輸機13架、S-70C直升機8架、陸軍UH-1直升機17 架。
此外，海軍陸戰隊的AAV-7水陸兩棲突擊車，將進駐4輛到宜蘭蘇澳、4輛到新北市林口下湖口、2輛到嘉義軍用機場待命，預計今天下午之前可以就位。
