民進黨立委陳其邁、姚文智今（19）日召開記者會指出，監察院29位監察委員，合計年薪7669萬元，從97年到102年監察院預算達45億元，共彈劾200案，平均每件彈劾案花費2246萬元。

姚文智直斥，6年來，監察院僅彈劾200案，以101年為例，議處情形沒有選任及特任官，多為簡、薦、委任及其他小官，而且高達7成是以「申誡」了事，不但可功過相抵，如果依法升遷也不受申誡懲處而撤銷，顯見監察功能不強。

姚文智指出，分析監委薪水，院長月薪32萬元、副院長21萬元、監委19萬元，合計年薪7669萬元，監察院真的可以關掉了。

陳其邁表示，監察院長王建煊在辦公室大談性愛打書、上班時間在大禮堂證婚，公私不分，而且有19位監委連署抗議王建煊侮辱監察院，因此請監委提案彈劾王建煊，這19票一定通過。他說，監察院的內鬥，讓人嘆為觀止。
