簽署ECFA帶動國內經濟？4成月薪不到3萬淪窮忙族

2013即將進入尾聲，不少人開始沉浸在跨年的喜悅氛圍，但仍有不少市井小民，正為了生活而打拚。馬英九總統上任後，與大陸簽署兩岸經濟合作架構協議(ECFA)，元旦將滿3周年，當時宣稱簽署ECFA後可為台灣增加26萬就業人口、失業率降低，但事實並非如此。國內青年失業人口超過4%、近4成上班族月薪不到3萬，大家都淪為窮忙族。

根據行政院主計總處統計，07扁政府執政時期，該名失業率為3.91%，08年政黨輪替後，失業率便一直在4%以上。尤其09年和10年，失業率更達到5%以上，分別是5.85%和5.21%，分別創下史上最高和次高，近2年雖然失業率又降回到4.39%和4.24%，但水準還未回到馬政府執政之前。

馬政府上任後，積極和大陸進行經貿合作，並和大陸簽署ECFA，宣稱將可增加26萬就業人口、失業率降低等效應，但立委批評檢視這3年來，發現這一切騙很大，馬政府還要積極推動服貿協議，根本是把民眾當猴子耍。根據《自由時報》報導，國內失業率高居不下，尤其是青年失業問題更是嚴重，自09年起15至24歲的青年平均失業率達到12%以上，整體平均失業率和青年失業率都是亞洲四小龍最高，甚至還高過日本。

除了失業問題嚴重，平均薪資更倒退至15年前；甚至有近41.6%的受雇員工，月收入不到3萬元，根本就淪為廉價勞工、成為「窮忙族」，薪資水平遠不及新加坡、香港和南韓。尤其是青中壯年，更被形容是「青貧族」。
