其實小弟覺得試用期這種制度是還好,只是如果有現職,然後又找到新職, 新職的試用期太長,對新人反而是很危險,例如公營銀行的試用期就長達六個月, 其實在職場上十幾年了,小弟待過的公司太多,還是最希望台灣的公司,能夠 給予適當的資遣費,給不適任的員工,小弟工作這麼久了,看過有發資遣費給員工 的公司,十間裡面,大概只有一間,一般而言,台灣的企業都是不給資遣費的. 這也是台灣勞方和資方和政府--整個國家的悲哀, 共產黨那邊會給"不適任員工" 資遣費的比例,比台灣高太多了. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.65.164

| 中華職棒／「犀睛女孩」將增加到6人

義大犀牛18日表示，犀睛女孩將從20日主場開始增加為六位，新增成員包括牙牙及恩恩，兩人已在義大犀牛官方粉絲團與大家見面了。
第一屆世界運動舞蹈大會9月將在高雄巨蛋登場，義大犀牛8位球員為高雄市政府拍攝「高雄Type」舞蹈，而義大犀牛也將於20日安排本次舞蹈大會的拉丁舞高雄市代表隊選手許哲睿、林思妤老師擔任開球嘉賓。
為營造「舞動世界、就在高雄」氣氛，義大犀牛林克謙、方克偉、張宗益、李家駒、藍少白、林琨笙、陳柏丞及林瑋恩等八位選手組成犀睛男孩Super Rhinos一起跳「高雄Type」，影片一上傳FB，觸及率超過5萬人以上。
最近打擊有些低潮的咖啡小子林瑋恩也表示，如果今天比賽能夠出現安打，他20日比賽開場將與大義、犀睛女孩共同表演「高雄Type」，帶領全場球迷一起表演「高雄Type」舞蹈。
