1. "同一個原點"
 力矩T  = r x F = r x m(dV/dt)......1式
角動量 L = r x P = r x mV.........2式
兩者的r必須是同一個原點, 否則會違反 T= dL/dt (若第一式寫為r1, 第二式記為 r2, 則r1.r2兩者就明顯不相干)

2. "質心不加速, 等速"
   質心Vc 定義= Σ(mi * vi)/Σ (mi) 
   設某點i之速度Vi=質心速度+相對質心的速度= Vc+(Vi-Vc) = Vc+Vr
   a. 質心設為原點, 
        rc=0 , Vc=0
         則 Vi= Vr                               
        L=Σ(ri x miVi)= Σ(ri x mi(Vr))
 
    b.  設某點為原點, 質心位置 Rc = (Σmi* ri) /M
 
         L = Σrix mi Vi

            = Σri x miVc + Σri x mi Vr
 
            = (Σri x mi) Vc + Σri x mi Vr
 
           =  (Rc * M)x Vc +Σ ri x mi Vr
 
           =  0 + Σri x mi Vr       (這裡用到Rc向量和Vc向量為同方向, 外積=0)
          
           =  
Σri x mi Vr  和a情形相同
                              
  在b.情形中, 因為Vc為常數(不加速), 所以才能在計算Σ時, 將其拉出求和之
 
 括號外!

3..反之, 如果質心在加速, Vc不是定值, 則求和時就不能拉出括號外, 也就不能化簡, 只能寫到這樣 : 
 
   L=Σri x mi Vc + Σri x miVr
所以當Vc在加速, 為化繁為簡, 取Vc=0是最簡的做法,
  (且兩者差了一項), (有點像在加速系統列F=ma時, F要多一項假想力, 此處在角動量L這裡取Vc=0少一項, 才好算)

潭美襲菲 暴雨成災

(中央社記者林行健馬尼拉19日專電)受颱風潭美與西南季風交互作用影響,菲律賓北部呂宋島暴雨成災,氣象局發布「橘色」降雨警示,首都大馬尼拉地區多處淹水,學校宣布停課,政府機關也停止辦公。

菲律賓北部地區從昨晚大雨傾盆,菲律賓氣象局一度發布首都大馬尼拉地區「紅色」降雨警示,意味著每小時降雨量超過30毫米,持續時間至少2小時,危險地區居民需強制撤離。

降雨警示於今晨下調至「橘色」,代表每小時降雨量介於15至30毫米之間,有洪澇威脅,有關單位勸導危險地區居民撤離。

目前大馬尼拉雨勢未減,多處積水,甚至水深及腰,多處停止供電以防漏電觸電意外;其他受影響省份的河流水位暴漲,瀕臨氾濫,7處土石流成災。部份菲律賓國內航班被迫停飛,菲律賓氣象局也建議小型船隻不要出海。

菲律賓災難危機減降暨管理委員會(NDRRMC)官員表示,西南季風造成的惡劣天候已導致1人死亡、2人渡河失蹤,另559戶居民因洪澇暫離家園。

據菲律賓氣象局上午11時發布警報,颱風潭美位於菲律賓東北方575公里處,以每小時7公里的速度朝東北東移動,22日可能直撲台灣北部。1020819
