興櫃相互（6407）每股配發現金股利2元，已在7月24日除息，原訂昨天放發，因潭美颱風延到今天。
相互2013年7月營收2.15億元，月增率26.56%，年增率0.2%；前七月營收12.87億元，比2012年同期衰退1.06%，其中第2季營收5.92億元，季增率23.26%。
相互上半年毛利率16.87%，稅後純益3,685萬元，每股稅後純益0.71元；稅後純益比2012年同期減少30.52%，毛利率下滑2.45個百分點。

| 塗銷市地抵押權 家屬要求6千萬

雲林縣斗六市公所最近清查市產，發現有7筆約130坪公有土地，50多年前向5名市民共借貸8萬5000元被設定抵押權迄今，經市公所主動通知債權人家屬塗銷，1名債權人孫子日前到公所要求連本帶利償還6000萬元債款，否則不予塗銷，並向縣議員李建志陳情，這樁歷經半世紀的烏龍疑案才傳開並引發議論。
「公家向私人借錢，土地還被抵押50多年未塗銷，令人不可思議！」市公所主秘彭士人說，當年公家單位為何會以市有地向私人借款，已查不出原因，有無還錢也不得而知；但因已逾民法請求權及要求執行債權共20年追訴期限，若債權人子孫不配合主動塗銷，將向法院提起債權不存在訴訟。
李建志表示，市有地抵押借款一直未塗銷債權，他認為應該是「有借未還」，雖追討時效已過，而且當年債權人都已去世，但他仍盼市公所能兼顧情理，合理補償家屬換取塗銷，強行採法律途徑提告太傷感情。
位於斗六市中正路145巷的原縣府務稅局老舊宿舍，土地是市公所所有，因房舍已無人居住且破損不堪，前年底由稅務局交還市公所；最近市公所清查市產時，發現其中3筆土地於民國49年向潘姓、李姓市民抵押借款4萬元；另4筆土地於民國50年向王姓、廖姓及林姓市民抵押借款4萬5000元。但事隔50多年抵押權卻仍未塗銷，以致市公所到底「有無還錢」成了謎。
