潭美颱風來襲，台北市21日晚間接獲多起積水通報，消防局及相關單位前往處理。其中，至善路二段一度水淹及膝，居民已撤離。

根據中央氣象局的最新資料，台灣即將脫離潭美颱風暴風圈，但周圍環流將帶來豪雨，加上昨天深夜起滿潮，台北市災害應變中心接獲多起淹水通報。

根據通報資料，晚間8時起有多起淹水通報，包括北投一處房屋地下水淹水、內湖、士林地區都有道路淹水通報。新生高架橋北往南方向，在民權東路上方高架橋路段，積水約5至10公分，相關單位均已處理完畢。

另外，辛亥隧道口、中興橋上、北安路與劍南路口都有通報道路淹水狀況，北投承德路七段與石牌路交叉口快速道上，有民眾通報圓形人孔蓋一半翹起，疑似被水沖上來。

晚間10時11分左右，有民眾通報至善路二段至善國中附近，住宅前排水溝淹到家門口，希望能提供排水機處理，消防隊立即前往處理。

經過消防隊員至現場處理，原來是至善國中教職員工宿舍淹水，警消協助4戶9人撤離安置在附近至善國中。

台北市工務局水利工程處今晚表示，潭美颱風過後，台北市水門都已重啟，不過適逢大潮，提醒停車民眾多加留意潮汐狀況。

水利處表示，潭美颱風挾豐沛雨量過境，加上適逢一年一度的大潮期間，河水高漲淹過多處河濱公園，災後趕工清淤後，下午5時已開放台北市所有疏散門，堤外所有防汛道路及停車場也重新開放。

不過，因為近期適逢大潮期間，提醒民眾仍需注意潮汐狀況，以便隨時撤離車輛到安全地帶。

水利處指出，20日遭河水漫淹的三腳渡停車場也已完成清淤工作，停車場於晚間6時30分開放管制門，讓民眾進入停車。

水利處提醒，為安全起見，河濱公園部分自行車道仍有小區塊低窪淤積區域，已先圍起警戒區域，請民眾騎乘自行車時要小心留意。
