【綜合報導】美國黑人民權領袖馬丁路德金恩博士半世紀前發表「我有一個夢」演說，標誌黑人民權運動的風起雲湧。半世紀後，數以萬計的民眾24日在華府走上街頭，用各種方式向「我有一個夢」演說50周年致敬。

馬丁路德金恩博士1963年8月28日在華盛頓大遊行發表了我有一個夢」演說，50年後群眾再次走上街頭，關注的問題卻變成就業問題、種族歧視與槍枝暴力。去年在佛羅里達州被殺的黑人青少年馬丁的母親也參加了遊行，她希望美國能修改法律，避免類似事件再次發生。

金屬中心ITIS計畫統計，今年Q2金屬扣件產值平穩，出口平均單價每公斤新台幣78.5元，小幅衰退3.2%；ITIS估計，2013年全年出口值約1143億元，產值約1229億元，均年增約1%。

金屬中心ITIS(經濟部技術處產業技術知識服務計畫)統計，2013年Q2金屬扣件出口值新台幣 290億元，年衰退1%；在進口方面，Q2進口值10億元，年減 18%。出口平均單價方面，Q2出口平均單價每公斤78.5元，較去年同期衰退3.2%。

金屬中心表示，今年上半年台灣金屬扣件產值596億元，出口值555億元，年減3%；進口值21億元，年減6%，國內市場需求63億元；另外在出口平均單價方面，上半年出口平均單價每公斤78元。

上半年出口值前5大國為美(38%)、德(9%)、日(6%)、荷蘭(5%)、英(4%)，前五大國中以出口至日本每公斤平均單價最高達90.7元，其餘四國則在72元到81元之間。進口值前五大國為日(49%)、美(13%)、中國大陸(9%)、德(6%)、菲(3%)。

金屬中心指出，在主要出口市場美國方面，消費支出、住宅及非住宅固定投資均成長支撐下，加上6月製造業採購經理人指數(PMI)回至50.9點，顯示美國經濟持續復甦但力道不強，美國扣件進口仍處平穩。上半年台灣輸美扣件約28.6萬公噸，較2012年同期成長2%。

歐盟市場方面，相對於美國的復甦，歐元區經濟則是持續衰退，包括持續緊縮的財政政策、信貸狀況嚴峻，不利於中小企業發展；消費者則面臨不斷上升的高失業率、工資低成長、賦稅增加及福利刪減等壓力。

在輸美、歐平均單價方面，上半年輸美平均單價為每公斤72.7元；輸歐盟平均單價為76.1元，皆低於去年同期水準。

金屬中心強調，由於中國大陸等新興國家經濟成長逐步放緩，歐元區仍深陷衰退之中，僅美國經濟復甦較為穩健，日本經濟下半年也可望走強，下半年台灣扣件出口仍將維持平穩，預估2013年Q3台灣扣件出口值約294億元，較去年同期成長2%，產值約316億元，2013年全年出口值約1143億元，產值約1229億元，均年增約1%。
