【吳國仲／新北報導】新北市1名黃姓男子今天凌晨1時許，從自家公寓的5樓頂墜樓，黃男家屬聽聞巨大聲響連忙出來查看，發現黃男倒臥血泊中，嚇得趕緊報警。警消趕到現場時，發現男子已沒有呼吸心跳，雖經緊急送醫急救，家屬也在醫院等待奇蹟發生，但仍回天乏術。黃男墜樓原因，警方已深入調查釐清中。

【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市警方昨天晚上在四維路與民安路口攔檢，發現1名騎乘機車的26歲莊姓男子，急急忙忙地與女友交換駕駛，警方立即上前攔查，莊男坦承有騎車，且酒測值高達0.56毫克，警方隨後將莊男帶回派出所訊問。
不料莊男一到派出所卻全盤否認，但由於警方目睹莊男與女友交換駕駛的過程，訊後依公共危險罪將莊男移送法辦。

| 「民生詐欺」告發 檢搜索胖達人

【綜合報導】パン達人（パン音同胖）連鎖麵包店，標榜天然食材、無化學添加物，抬高售價，卻被查出添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌昨天下午痛批業者惡劣欺騙是「民生詐欺」，將向檢調告發，檢警昨晚「夜襲」赴業者北市的總公司展開搜索約談，查扣相關帳冊、進銷貨憑單保全證據，全案朝詐欺罪嫌漏夜偵辦。
昨上午業者無預警貼出公告，即起暫停營業3天，公司並更換董事長、更新管理團隊。有民眾在台北忠孝店， 拿近日消費的15張發票，共3105元想退費，卻吃閉門羹，怒批：「業者應盡快負起責任！」而踢爆此事的香港網友Keith（李冠集）在臉書粉絲頁提到，香港海關已到パン達人香港分店抽查。也承認有使用人工香精，前天已將16種產品下架。
