| 沒有油電雙漲！ 張家祝：電價調整方案下周公布

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕10月將開始實施第二階段電價調漲，而新版油價公式也在檢討，讓不少民眾想起去年油電雙漲引發的物價波動，經濟部長張家祝22日表示沒有油電雙漲的問題，他表示，電價調整方案還沒有做最後的決定，下周應該就可以對外公布，至於新版油價公式，並沒有那麼急迫，會在適當的時間公布。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/WStPfx9EI3I" height="1" width="1"/>

| 就愛購台灣精品 抽百萬獎品

（中央社記者林孟汝台北23日電）力挺台灣精品還可抽價值百萬元獎品，外貿協會「就愛購台灣精品」活動，今天上午舉行公開抽獎儀式，共抽出123個獎項，得獎名單26日公布。
由經濟部國際貿易局主辦，中華民國對外貿易發展協會執行的「就愛購台灣精品」活動，今年是第四年辦理，從7月16日開始至8月21日止，民眾購買參與這次活動的台灣精品超過新台幣1000元，就可上網登錄發票抽大獎。
外貿協會統計，今年發票登錄金額高達1億651萬多元，為歷年新高，迴響熱烈。
外貿協會上午公開舉行抽獎儀式，共抽出123個獎項，獎品包括3C產品及折疊自行車等總價值超過百萬元的豐富大獎，得獎名單將於26日公布於活動網站。1020823

| 審薄熙來 今進入第3天

【綜合報導】中國重慶前市委書記薄熙來被控貪污、受賄及濫用職權的案件，今日繼續在山東濟南市中級人民法院進行第3日審訊，繼續傳召曾擔任大連市城鄉規劃土地局局長的王正剛，就貪污案作證。
在昨日的審訊，控方呈上多名證人，包括薄妻谷開來的供詞及視象證供，證明大連實德集團前董事長徐明曾經支付谷開來及其兒子薄瓜瓜多項費用。但薄熙來在庭上辯稱，一概不知情。他指妻子是精神不正常和受壓，才會這樣做。
對於控方指谷開來收受徐明1600多萬元人民幣，在法國康城購買別墅一事，薄熙來以與他無關，以及印象模糊等回應。
