| 土徵審小組開會 檢討實務運作

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北24日電）針對苗栗大埔案爭議，內政部土地徵收審議小組26日將開內部會議，討論土徵條例實務運作和法令有沒有不周延或需檢討的地方。
苗栗大埔案抗議延燒，台灣農村陣線等抗議民眾18日發起「818拆政府行動」，並到內政部所在的中央聯合辦公大樓靜坐抗議。農陣要求廢除區段徵收，並要提民間版土徵條例部分條文修正草案。
內政部長李鴻源表示，區段徵收是推動重大工程的必要手段，不宜輕易廢除；內政部次長蕭家淇也說，土徵條例去年才修，法沒什麼問題，沒有再修法急迫性，但可聆聽修法意見。
內政部土徵審議小組召集人、內政部次長林慈玲受訪表示，近10年來許多重大工程如高鐵特定區等案件都採區段徵收，區段徵收和一般徵收各有特色和優點，應細膩、謹慎使用，但制度面不能不要。
她說，土徵審議小組審議土地徵收案，若不符規定，會撤銷、廢止。目前小組成員共17人，民間學者專家比機關代表多，學者專家包括環境保護、都市計畫和地政方面專家及估價師公會代表、地政士公會代表等。
