【大紀元2013年08月23日訊】(大紀元記者程木蘭綜合報導)據納斯達克(Nasdaq OMX)集團週四中午因交易所技術性問題，所有Nasdaq上市股票與選擇權交易暫停。紐約時間下午2:45恢復部分交易，其餘於3:10恢復。

業界人士預計這一故障還將扭曲其他各大股指的計算結果，如Industrial Average ， 標普(S & P) 500 index 和道瓊(Dow Jones)。

交易所發出系列電子郵件，警告投資人，交易所的報價出了問題。

在Nasdaq OMX集團要求下，紐約證券交易所(NYSE)也停止了所有Nasdaq證券交易。

NYSE在發佈的聲明中說：「這些證券的下單，全都遭到取消。」暫停交易前，Nasdaq指數報3631.17，上漲31.38點。

交易所沒有說明交易將於何時恢復。

WSJ消息稱，納斯達克在其運營對手紐交所告訴交易者該交易所Arca電子盤交易系統出現技術問題一個多小時後才發佈公告。紐交所稱屏幕上開始出現一些斷斷續續的TACT符號，並且按照字母順序做Z字形移動。

紐交所告訴其顧客，早先Arca電子盤交易系統在處理顧客訂單信息的時候已經出現了問題，交易所計劃在受影響的證券所取消一些尚未完成的訂單。但據納斯達克工作人員稱，已經接到通知不會取消處於開放狀態的訂單，雖然之前已經表示客戶可以取消他們的單子。

美國證券交易委員會(SEC)發言人John Nester隨即表示， 「我們正在監控納斯達克的交易故障情況，並正與納斯達克交易所密切溝通。」

本週二高盛也發生系統故障事件：原本用來追蹤客戶購買期權投資需求的交易系統發生了故障，向紐交所、納斯達克和CBOE發出了交易指令。

一年前另一宗重大交易錯誤：做市商騎士資本算法程序的導致了4.5億美元損失。騎士資本的巨虧源於其交易程序故障錯誤的「買高賣低」。

而上周五，中國光大證券的套利系統出問題，致使上海股指一分鐘內誤飆百點。

這些故障事件凸顯了金融業交易軟件技術能夠在瞬間令市場陷入混亂。
