【陳亮諭／綜合報導】越籍婦人黎氏妙妝(28歲)遭斷頭分屍案，檢警查出兇手為越籍丈夫馮名懷(29歲)，馮男劈腿但也無法接受黎氏外遇，勒死抱屍同睡再分屍5塊，就近棄屍在他工作工廠宿舍圍牆外及附近大排，馮男指稱「想隨時能看到她」；昨被台南地檢署依殺人罪起訴。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，馮妻去年11月跟餐廳台籍同事外遇，今年3月23日3人談判不成，馮男與妻子回到她淡水租住處，馮男在她耳邊說「妳外遇不配當孩子的媽」，隨後緊勒妻至死。馮男抱屍睡了一晚，醒來花5個小時把她肢解成頭部、雙手臂，並腰斬斷成上下屍身。今年9月黎氏的斷臂被狗叼出，全案曝光，但上半身屍塊至今未尋獲；9月底，「小王」向警方指證死者身分並檢舉馮男涉嫌重大，警跨海比對女方親人DNA確認後，逮捕馮男。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】金錢豹集團在台中市北屯斥資6億元打造婚宴會館，地點竟是旗下葳格中學的學生實習餐廳，且在無合法使用執照下營業8個月。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，金錢豹集團旗下寶麗金婚宴廣場就位在軍福十八路葳格中學地下室，佔地約2千坪，藍綠政治人物吳敦義、胡志強、蘇貞昌及蔡英文等，都曾到此赴宴。民眾發現在校園地下室經營婚宴會館，9月檢舉後，業者迄今還在營業，質疑市府執行不力。
市府強調已連續告發、罰款逾40萬元，業者卻堅持要到明年2月才停業，市議員張廖萬堅批，市府沒有作為，讓業者荷包滿滿過年，「這不是包庇，什麼才是包庇？」
