| 通緝男犯菸癮 出門買菸遭逮

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆1名47歲李姓男子因毒品及詐欺案件，被基隆地檢署通緝，李嫌擔心被警方逮捕，平日深居簡出行事低調，都由家人供給食物與日常用品。
昨天李男的家人都不在家，李男恰巧菸癮上來，只好硬著頭皮出門買香菸及餐點；七堵派出所巡佐傅天祥執行路檢時，看到李男神色怪異，企圖躲入超商內，於是上前盤查，發現李男已遭通緝，立即將他帶回派出所，採集尿液送驗，並移送基隆地檢署偵辦。

| 近3年兒少墜樓65人

兒福聯盟日前發表調查報告，暑假期間有將近8成青少年「宅」在家。衛生福利部呼籲，家有未滿12歲兒童的家長，要做到「一不、二要」，不要讓孩子獨處、要抽空陪伴孩子、要每天抱抱孩子。
衛生福利部保護服務司長張秀鴛表示，根據統計，近3年兒少意外事故中，因墜落死亡人有65人，其中以5歲到19歲最多，有44人，這些很多是因父母疏忽，造成家庭永久的傷痛。
張秀鴛強調，法律規定，家長不可讓12歲以下兒童獨處；據統計，97至101年因將兒童單獨留在家中，違反兒童及少年福利與權益保障法第51條而被罰的家長，就有135件。
