| 薄熙來案審訊第五日 進入辯論階段

【綜合報導】重慶前市委書記薄熙來案，法庭調查環節已經在昨日結束，今早8時半繼續開庭審理，控辯雙方進入辯論階段。辯論現已展開。

【蔡惠如／台北報導】今台彩公布第102000203期今彩539獎號，分別為27、19、26、01、39，派彩結果1人中頭獎，可頭獎彩金8百萬元，179人中貳獎，各得2萬元彩金；6075人中參獎，各得300元獎金；65921人中肆獎，各得50元獎金。
上期威力彩2億元頭彩無人中獎，目前已連9槓，下期開獎(8/26)頭彩彩金保證2億元。昨大樂透未開出頭獎，台彩表示下周二(8/27)開獎頭彩彩金上看1.8億元。

| 奧萬大、阿里山颱風過後相繼復園

潭美颱風過後，阿里山國家森林遊樂區、奧萬大國家森林遊樂區、滿月圓國家森林遊樂區、太平山國家森林遊樂區等，均宣布相繼開園。
奧萬大國家森林遊樂區因受潭美颱風影響，於8月20日下午17時起休園，經南投林區管理處緊急整理後，聯外道路已恢復通行，園區步道及環境皆已修復及整理完成，遊樂區自102年8月24日上午8時起復園，民眾不妨在夏日炎炎下，享受飛瀑涼爽的健康負離子及芬多精森林浴。
目前正值夏季，山區午後常有間歇性雷陣雨，且投83線道僅能通行中型巴士以下之車輛，禁行大型車輛，請遊客注意行車安全、小心駕駛，並請攜帶雨具。另因聯外道路夜間視線不佳，請住宿遊客儘量於下午5點前進入遊樂區，以維護安全。
另外，阿里山國家森林遊樂區已全面完成開園整備工作，訂於今（23）日下午17時開園；新竹林區管理處所轄烏來台車復駛，內洞、滿月圓國家森林遊樂區於今(23)日開園，其他遊樂區、保護區因區內災後整備整理工作尚未完成，完成後將另行公告。
太平山國家森林遊樂區業經全面檢視，全區今(23日)起恢復開園。另有關羅東林區管理處所轄之社區型自然步道，經檢視包含礁溪跑馬古道、九寮溪自然步道、聖母登山步道、林美石磐步道、松羅步道、拳頭姆自然步道、新寮瀑布步道、新店獅頭山步道、金瓜寮魚蕨步道朝陽步道等安全無虞，自102年8月23日起同步重新開放。另蘇花古道-大南澳越嶺段，仍有部份風倒木正積極清除中；而南澳古道受去年蘇拉颱風影響中斷，故上述2條步道仍暫時封閉。
