| 疑機具漏電 工人觸電昏倒

新北市三峽白雞路上有1處工廠，今天上午9點多發生一起觸電意外，1名男性工人操作機台時，疑似因為機台漏電，他當場被電昏倒地，同事見狀連忙把切斷機台電源，並馬上通知一一九；警消趕抵發現後，發現男子仍有呼吸心跳，趕緊將他送往醫院急救；而這起意外是否涉及管理疏失，勞工局也派員前往了解中。

中天新聞表示，自今（29）日只要網友在『災情快傳』的粉絲團上傳各地的災情畫面或是po文敘述各地災情，都有機會即時秀在中天新聞頻道上。
中天新聞表示，自從該台《新聞龍捲風》、《台灣顧問團》上電視秀大頭臉書粉絲團成立後，每日都有超過千名網友透過臉書po文發表意見，並在相關節目上輪播，這股網友自發性的討論熱潮，中天新聞更再加以運用到颱風災情訊息的傳遞上。
中天新聞指出，該台領先國內各家新聞頻道，在臉書成立『中天新聞災情中心』粉絲團，並因應這次颱風來襲各地災情頻傳，如果觀眾有任何對氣象問題，也能在粉絲團發問，中天新聞氣象團隊會以專業角度回覆網友提問。
中天新聞表示，該粉絲團的成立是要讓觀眾除了能掌握各地的災情外，也能讓各地受困需要幫助的民眾透過中天新聞獲得外援。

| 花蓮大火 至少8棟樓波及 暫無人員傷亡

花蓮市今天中午傳出火警，1棟疑似無人居住矮木造房突然竄出火苗，由於火勢很大連燒7棟房屋，幸好暫時沒有發現人員傷亡，消防局幾乎出動整個北區消防分隊20多輛消防車前往救援（梁國榮報導）
由於火警發生地點位在花蓮市花蓮街，屬於老舊狹小的舊市街，警方擔心漫延火勢擴大，動員臨近北到秀林，南到壽豐，甚至港務消防隊共20多輛消防車都前往支援．大隊長李龍聖說
現場濃煙密佈，幾乎市中心都聞到刺鼻的火燒味，200多名警義消分區救援，初步確認5棟房屋全毀，3棟房屋半毀。現場住戶驚魂未定的表示，只聽到爆裂聲音後，就看到火苗竄出，很快就又燒到另1棟房
