【大紀元2013年08月29日訊】 雜誌「經濟學人」最新的全球最佳居住城市排名昨天出爐，溫哥華與去年相同排居第三。墨爾本連續3年位居榜首，維也納排第二。
在本年度的排名中，加拿大3個城市進入前5名，除溫哥華排三，多倫多和卡爾加里的表現亦不錯，擠身第4和第5位。
溫哥華在100分總分中得到97.3分，其中在文化環境、醫療和教育方面得滿分，穩定性和基建分別得95分和92.9分。
溫哥華曾經有近10年都是該排名榜的第一位，但自2011年後被其他城市超過，不過與墨爾本的總分只微差0.2分。
此項排名根據30個因素，包括醫療質量和軍事衝突威脅，對全球140個城市進行打分。
倫敦和紐約分別排名第55和第56，主要原因是恐怖襲擊風險。爆發內戰的敘利亞首都大馬士革連跌10名排最後。◇

現在戶外正在下大雨 正好想到陽台上的洗衣機 現在沒在用的狀況之下，到底應該是去把插頭拔起來 還是繼續讓它插著 拔起來好像感覺應該是正確的 但是拔起來後會不會因此雨濺到插座裡面去，造成插座裡面潮溼 -- 人嘛~~不是好人 就是壞人 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.225.228
