高雄的公車造型愈來愈多，如今在馬路上除看得到「微笑」造型公車，還有鯨魚造型公車、童話彩繪公車等；公車處副處長吳福興說，創意的造型，讓公車變得亮眼，例如微笑公車推出後，已有不少遊客說：「坐在上面心情都跟著微笑起來」。

吳福興指出，公車處在去年年底採購59輛低底盤公車，其中15輛微笑造型公車，是出自慈慧醫專藝術學系陳淑華老師的設計。

他說，設計者的理念是期望以公車的笑臉迎接每一位乘客，凸顯高雄市公車具有安全、便捷、值得信賴的特性。

微笑公車的車輛長度約12公尺，較一般公車長約11公尺，目前營運路線有12、69、214、紅2、紅3、紅8、205、217、218、219、50、52、53、88、橘7、77等16條路線。

高雄市政府新聞局長賴瑞隆日前將微笑公車PO在他的臉書上，一名網友留言：「公車多了嘴巴，我覺得很滑稽也很可愛。」

【黃揚明／台北報導】綠委陳節如、民間監督健保聯盟召集人黃淑英、發言人滕西華上午舉行記者會爆料，指衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今年初清查國內GMP藥廠，發現有3841品項不符規定，其中包括「應做生體相等性（BE）試驗而未做」，但食管署竟沒要求相關藥品下架，還在3月28日發文通知廠商若上市5年沒有重大嚴重不良反應或療效不等事件發生，可以臨床報告取代BE試驗報告，形同就地合法。

陳節如指出，食管署要求2009年1月1日以前製造販售的藥品可以期臨床經驗取代BE報告，之後製造販售的藥品則要在103年底前完成，卻未要求停止販售。「這是藥品安全大黑洞，形同把全民當成白老鼠！」

黃淑英質疑，不知道食管署5年的標準從哪裡來？「難道違章建築蓋了5年，就可以就地合法嗎？」滕西華指出，BE試驗是指原廠藥過專利期後，在學名藥上市前，要找健康的人服用藥品後，測試血液中有無藥品成分，等於是藥品品質基本門票，藥品沒做BE「是比食品安全更嚴重的事，因為食品可以選擇，藥品不能選擇！」

食管署藥品組組長鄒玫君回應，這些藥品上市前都已執行過BE，但因上市後變更賦形劑成分，食管署擔心療效有疑慮，才會要求廠商重新做BE，目前清查約95％藥品療效無疑慮，剩下的藥品會進一步評估，並在一個月內舉辦專家會議進行風險效益評估。
