【蔣永佑／台北報導】前主播、購物專家薛楷莉j為與前夫東森新聞部副理顏冠得爭女兒監護權，下午前往士林地院進行調解，薛楷莉在律師陪同下親自到場，但顏冠得並未現身，僅委由律師出庭；薛另爆料顏不僅有小三，還有小四，但她不願多說細節，僅表示一切交給司法處理。
 
調解庭後，顏冠得律師不發一語離去，薛楷莉則再度聲淚俱下地表示：「請法官趕快救救我的女兒！」並出示一份今年3月6日顏冠得所寫的自白書，顏在自白書中坦承9年婚姻當中，自己無法控制情緒、曾離家出走、不接電話、隱瞞外快及把小孩帶走懲罰妻子。
 
薛楷莉並出示與前婆婆、大嫂及晚輩的合照，駁斥顏冠得指稱她9年沒有回公婆家的說法，表示顏連父母、阿姨都騙：「希望顏先生有點擔當，希望能有1個父親該有的表率！」薛的律師則表示，今天的調解雙方幾乎沒有交集，會盡力爭取小孩監護權。

【謝岱穎／桃園報導】明天就是中華職棒的8月31日洋將登錄大限，義大犀牛已決定留下先發投手馬克、尼克以及後援投手強克，一直在二軍待命的達克與丹克將不會登錄在一軍，代總教練黃煚隆說：「只要在明天傍晚登錄名單確定前沒有特殊狀況，洋將陣容就是這樣了。」

義大原本考量的是要用3先發還是2先發、1後援，但一方面牛棚穩定性不足，另一方面則是因為強克狀況愈來愈好，但慎重起見，教練團還是找了選手開會，讓大家提供意見，強克因此獲得全面支持，高國輝甚至說：「如果我是對手，強克上來就絕望了啦！156公里的直球加147公里的滑球要怎麼打啊？」
