【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名釣客今天下午6時許在八斗子漁港釣魚時，驚見1具浮屍漂在綠燈塔外海處，趕緊報警處理。警消下艇將男子大體拉上岸邊，發現死者身上查無證件。

警方表示，這名男性浮屍年約50幾歲理平頭，身穿卡奇色休閒褲、咖啡色上衣及涼鞋，懷疑是27日宜蘭五結鄉船隻翻覆意外失蹤的江姓男子，可能隨著洋流漂到基隆，目前仍在調查身分中。

【姚瑞宸／台北報導】兄弟象球團證實，已與今年季中選秀第3輪選進的投手王則鈞簽約下簽約金100萬元、激勵獎金140萬元，月薪5萬元的3年的保證合約。
象隊目前正密切地與第1輪選進的投手李啟文、第3輪選進的外野手陳子豪談約，第4輪鎖定的捕手蔡瑋泰已確定不加入象隊。
王則鈞今年18歲、身高181公分，是今年LLB世界青棒賽代表隊國手，身材條件和協調性被認為有未來性，象隊將讓他專心練投手。

（軍聞社記者姜大宇專訪）「幸好有官兵的幫助，不然學生們開學的日期不知道要拖到什麼時候。」臺南市新進國小校長黃耿鐘指出，歷經多次風災，這是該校首次淹水，位於地下室的教具室更是滿目瘡痍，但幸有官兵們的協助，加快校園復原的速度。

　新進國小的地下室昨天一度水深及腰，黃耿鐘仍心有餘悸的表示，原訂今天的開學日，因「康芮」颱風的侵襲而延後，昨日下午積水稍退後，教職員們拖著疲憊身軀搬挪物品，清理遺留的淤泥，直到深夜仍未完成，讓他憂心不已，直到今天一早看到國軍部隊主動前來協助，才讓他放下心中的大石，看到他們動作迅速、紮實，許多泡過水而變得沉重的書籍，在官兵們的合作下，一下子就清空，讓許多女老師都鬆了一口氣。

　率領四十餘位官兵穿梭校園的陸軍二０三旅旅長黃上校指出，災害防救是國軍中心任務之一，尤其，教育是百年大計，每位參加行動的弟兄全心投入，能讓學校儘早恢復正常運作，給學生一個安全、清潔的學習環境。
